1. What’s the process of ordering a custom apparel design? We do not take custom apparel orders thru our online store, due to measurement & fitting requirements. In this case an in-studio appointment is required.
2. What’s the process of ordering my own custom handbag design? You can order thru our “Custom Handbag Design” page by specifying the type/style of the bag from our style library & fabrication from our available fabric archive or sourced from one of our network of suppliers. It should also be noted that custom orders on handbags are priced higher than the custom designs that are featured within our online store.
3. What are your sizes?
- Women: (Dress Sizes) 2-16 (Tops) – S/M/L
- Men: (Waist) 30-36 (Tops) – S/M/L/XL
4. How long is the process once the order is placed Once payment has been received via Paypal it can take 2-4 weeks depending on the following variables:
- The style/design being ordered.
- The fabrication/materials availability & ship time to our design studio.
- Pre-exsiting custom orders.
5. How long to do I have before I can cancel a custom order and get a refund? You have up to 24 hours to cancel an order. Once that time has lapsed all fabrications/materials will be ordered and awaiting arrival to our studio.
6. Could I order the same design in a fabrication/print or solid? Yes, as long as its not the exact design and details.

8. Do you have “Rush Service” We do have “Rush Service” of 2 weeks delivery, provided the fabrication/materials to create the product is available and can be “Rush Shipped”. Please be advised that all Rush Shipping charges must be paid upon completion of product and paid via PayPal before we can ship the product.
