RETURN POLICY

At Mochachino Bespoke Design Company, we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order products tailored to our customers’ preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, but we are happy to provide exchanges or store credits under the following conditions:

• Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged, defective or an incorrect size we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. ***Please be advised the exchange time could be 5-7 business days to recreate the item.
• Store Credit: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for future orders, valid for one year. Store credits will be issued once we receive the item in its original condition. All requests for store credits must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
